The No. 1 movie in America is ... "American Sniper" ... again.

The Clint Eastwood-directed "American Sniper" continues its spectacular winning streak with audiences, breaking records by the day.

Holding the No. 1 spot for three straight weeks, the Bradley Cooper film about the life of real-life American hero Chris Kyle took in an estimated $31.9 million this weekend, setting a new record for Super Bowl Weekend.

The film's total domestic gross to date is just shy of $249 million, making "American Sniper" the most successful war movie ever. The previous champion was "Saving Private Ryan."

"American Sniper" has also grossed $67 million overseas.
